Breading Table Team Member

Breading Table Team Member is a crucial part of our operation. It is a fast-paced position that requires a person to perform at a high level. You will be required to lift 50lbs or more consistently. Pay : $16-20/hr, 40 hrs a week

General Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards

Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times

Setting up Breading Table by Chick-fil-A Standards

Preparing Milk Wash each morning

Fileting and Breading Chicken in accordance with Lean Fileting and Lean Cooking

Be the main person breading chicken during breakfast and lunchtime rushes.

Stocking Thawing Cabinets, and Breading Table using First In, First Out method

Schedule Requirements

Available to work Monday through Saturday

Must work at least 40 hours a week.

Able to work as early as 5 am.

Job Requirements

Be able to communicate with co-workers and leads effectively

Stand for long periods of time

Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 40 lbs

Requires filleting and hand breading of product

Ability to multitask

Ability to learn quickly

Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace--hustle is a must!
