Chef Amadou Ly is currently looking for hard-working, punctual, self-starters, to join as Bread Bakers, strong experience with laminated dough . These positions are full time and offer significant opportunities for growth. Applicants should be punctual, responsible, and eager to learn to be successful in these dynamic positions. Morning and evening positions are available.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Mixing and laminating dough
- Skillfully operate commercial ovens, mixers, and other equipment
- Baking production and day to day operation
- Ensure product is produced at the highest of quality and meet Alf standards
- Retain knowledge of savory bakery items
- Be a team player with a sense of urgency
- Keep work area clean, organized and stocked
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all equipment
- Other related responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of a 2+ year of relevant baking experience
- A minimum of 1+ year with laminated dough
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Clean and neat with great attention to detail
- Great communicator
- Ability to be on one's feet for an extended period of time
- Must be punctual, reliable, and *able to work early mornings and weekends*
- WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST
- Must be open and willing to learn
