Brand Experience Producer:
The primary role of the Brand Experience (BEX) Producer is to oversee and manage the various aspects of projects to ensure they are completed successfully, on time, and within budget. The specific responsibilities and requirements of a producer can vary depending on the nature of the event. The producer will execute on my client's internal events and those of customers and consumers. The Producer plays a pivotal role in bringing creative projects to life, and their ability to manage resources, people, and the creative process which is essential for success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Planning:
- Develop a clear and comprehensive project plan, including objectives, budget, timeline, and resources required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, such as directors, writers, artists, and production teams, to define the project's vision and goals
- Create and manage budgets, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and controlled.
- Make decisions to allocate funds appropriately, considering the project's financial limitations.
- Delegate tasks, set expectations, and provide guidance to ensure the team works effectively and efficiently.
- Research and select appropriate sub-contractors for designed experience, when needed.
- Develop and maintain a detailed production schedule, including alignment meetings, rehearsals, event days, and post-production tasks.
- Ensure that the project adheres to the established timeline.
- Secure necessary equipment, locations, and permits for the project.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Foster a collaborative atmosphere that encourages creativity and innovation. Contribute to creative development, such as mood boards, theme design, strategic alignment, casting choices, script development, artistic direction, and technology.
- Identify potential risks and challenges and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Monitor the project's progress and adapt to unexpected developments.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate interest in the project.
- Develop strategies to reach the target audience and maximize the project's visibility.
- Ensure that the project aligns with quality standards and artistic vision.
- Oversee post-production processes including feedback, metrics, and budget reconciliation.
- Address legal and contractual obligations, including intellectual property rights and copyright issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Plan and support the communication strategy from pre-production through post-production.
- Strong and proven project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Financial acumen for budget management.
- Creativity and a deep understanding of the industry.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., film, music, theater, or event management) is often preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successful projects.
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
