The Express, Inc. Summer 2024 Internship Program is a 10-week, paid program that offers rising Junior and Senior undergraduates and graduate students the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to a multi-brand retail company. The internship program provides hands-on experience in an area of interest and cross-functional collaboration while developing valuable professional skills.
The Brand & Community Marketing Summer Internship position will support our Express brand. The Summer 2024 Internship Program occurs from June 3rd to August 9th. This internship is located at our Express Headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
What to Expect During the Express, Inc. Internship Program:
- Workshops to Develop Professional Skills
- Networking Sessions with Leaders
- Cross-Functional Intern Collaboration on Group Project
- Exposure to Express, Inc. Product
- Scholarship Opportunity
- Group Outings and Events
- Support the Community Commerce team to launch integrated marketing initiatives that support brand objectives
- Develop understanding of the execution of annual and seasonal marketing strategies, to bring brand stories to life in compelling ways through omni-channel campaign activations
- Assist in the review of Style Editor applications
- Assist in collecting and organizing hindsights for Style Editor projects
- Compile research around top selling Style Editors as well as social selling industry trends
- Support EXPRESS's Dream Big Project and the Partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America
- Attend BBBS meetings and provide support on all internal related events and volunteer opportunities
Requirements:
- Availability to work full time (40 hours per week)
- Preferred GPA at or above 3.2
