Brand Associate

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Conduct sales transactions using a cash register and handle cash, credit, or debit payments
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient store operations

Skills:
- Fluency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with bilingual customers
- Experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better customer service to diverse clientele
- Proficiency in upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Ability to manage inventory and stock levels to ensure product availability
- Strong time management skills to balance multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and colleagues
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately
- Technical sales knowledge is an advantage, as it allows for better understanding of product features and benefits
