Jackson Hewitt is seeking an energetic and outgoing individual to join our team as a "Brand Ambassador" for the bustling final week of tax season. This gig role is perfect for those seeking short-term opportunities to showcase their personality and motivation. In this role, you'll be on your feet engaging with customers in our retail location, enthusiastically discussing our services, helping clients schedule appointments, and electronically uploading their paperwork.
If you're personable, energetic, and driven, this 5-day gig is for you! On your 1 day you will train in your assigned retail location on Jackson Hewitt systems and processes. You will then be able to use your skills and practice live with an employee's support.
When: April 11- April 15
Required Schedule: 35 hours
- April 11, Thursday: 2PM – 7PM
- April 12, Friday: 12PM – 7PM
- April 13, Saturday: 11AM – 7PM
- April 14, Sunday: 12PM – 7PM
- April 15, Monday: 11AM – 7PM
Rate: $12 - $16/hour + bonus for completion of all scheduled hours
What you need:
- Must be able to work all the required days.
- Must be outgoing and comfortable communicating with current and potential Jackson Hewitt clients.
- Comfortable working in a noisy environment, while still staying on task.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to help clients use QR codes to check-in, schedule appointments, and upload documents.
- Ability to use Teams to communicate with leadership and other employees.
- Must have reliable transportation.
