Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Brand Ambassador for Axium Inspections. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, building customer relationships, and increasing awareness of our comprehensive home inspection services. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work part-time hours while making a meaningful impact on our company's growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Brand Representation:
- Act as the face of Axium at various events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
- Present a professional and enthusiastic image to effectively represent our brand values.
Engagement and Communication:
- Engage with real estate agents and educate them about the importance of home inspections.
- Answer inquiries and provide information on our services, pricing, and unique selling points.
Promotional Activities:
- Distribute promotional materials, merchandise, and branded giveaways to increase brand visibility.
- Execute creative and memorable promotional activities to attract attention and generate leads.
- Plan and execute in-house agent events, evenings/weekends as necessary.
Networking:
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, real estate agents, and community influencers to expand our network.
- Attend networking events to establish connections and partnerships that benefit the company.
Social Media Support:
- Assist in creating content for social media platforms to enhance online presence.
- Share updates about company events, promotions, and relevant industry news on personal and company social media profiles.
Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on promotional activities, engagement levels, and agent feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights and contribute to future marketing strategies.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for promoting brands.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Basic understanding of home inspection services and the home buying process (training provided).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable Transportation
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in promotional or customer-facing roles is a plus.
