Job Summary

The Brand Ambassador will be the first point of contact for all clients of A2B, Natura’s distribution platform in East Bay. A2B offers cutting edge technology that facilitates the relationship between the distributor, retailer and cannabis brands. This role will implement and execute a sales process that continuously grows accounts and provides world-class customer support.

Essential Functions

  • Spend time in the field to ensure sufficient personalized interactions to enhance business/customer relationships
  • Drive new and existing points for sustainable growth
  • Utilize data and/or sales reporting analytics to help craft sales strategy and tactics

  • Sample product
  • Encourage sales
  • Key messaging on Product
  • Reporting Consumer feedback
  • Capture images throughout the event

Basic Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • Valid Driver's License and reliable form of transportation, Must be 21+ years.
  • Networking and relationship-building expertise.
  • Cannabis knowledge/experience preferred.
  • Established relationships with cannabis businesses preferred.
  • Background of setting a sales strategy, and using different tools/approaches to achieve results.

Pay Range

Hourly $20.00

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Working Environment

This job operates in a retail environment. This role routinely uses product, marketing, and physical set up material to operate.

- Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at various events and locations
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional customer service and answer any questions about the brand or products
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the brand's products
- Collect data and feedback from customers to help improve marketing strategies and product development
- Assist with sales efforts by promoting and selling products to customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute event marketing plans
- Manage social media accounts to create engaging content and interact with followers

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency in [languages]
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting in front of large groups
- Ability to collect and analyze data effectively
- Sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the [market] industry is preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms and social media management tools
