Brand Ambassador

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to build an enthusiastic Tasting Team to be the face and voice of our hard cider brand. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by sampling and promoting our products at liquor stores, bars, and other accounts that sell beer & wine. You will work closely with our sales team to achieve our marketing objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to consumers, tracking customer and consumer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events. To excel in this role, you will utilize your excellent communication and social skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Execute activations, samplings, and events in On and Off premise accounts as planned and scheduled by our Sales Managers.

· Report back to Territory Manager with results and discussions from each event.

· Ensure all sales practices are compliant with liquor laws & company policies

· Potentially assist wait staff at Carlson Orchards’ Cider Barn when asked as available.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Well organized with ability to work both independently and within a team environment

· Ability to interact positively with customer patrons/consumers, understanding and overcoming any issues & objections.

· Must be able to build and maintain customer relationships

· Must have reliable transportation and be 21 or older

Schedule: Varies, but typically Thursday and/or Friday evenings and/or Saturdays.

Education: High school or equivalent

Desirable Experience: 1 year in a customer service environment:

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
