Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our company and promote our products or services to potential customers. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with the public on social media, build brand awareness, and drive sales. Duties:

- Creating posts, advisor features and highlights, and growing the brand on social media

- Conduct use case video demonstrations and provide information to customers

- Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Create a positive brand image by effectively communicating key messages

- Utilize social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engage with online audience

- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings

- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns

Skills:

- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers

- Have an existing social media following and experience in all social media platforms

- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis

- Previous experience in education/learning or travel/liesure startups a plus

- Ability to conduct product demos effectively

- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate key messages

- Ability to stigmatise brand image through positive interactions

- Familiarity with event marketing strategies is preferred

- Strong customer service skills to address inquiries or concerns
