Branch Supervisor | Manhattan
Pay Rate $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Interim Healthcare of Manhattan is looking for an individual that has a heart for high-quality caregiving! This individual would be involved with our day-to-day operations (Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM) in our Manhattan Branch location in a supervisory role. In addition to this, they would be involved with hosting interviews & orientations for different roles. Meeting with patients, families, employees in our community will also be an expectation for this position. General Purpose:
Provides client care coordination and serves as a single point of contact for clients, families and providers to ensure expectations are met or exceeded for assigned branch
Essential Functions:
  • New client enrollment.
  • Participate in PCSS on-call rotation.
  • Direct supervision of branch PCSS CNAs and Care Professionals.
  • Provides orientation, in-service and training to PCSS employees.
  • Initial and subsequent screening assessments.
  • Identification of resources to address client's health, daily living, and safety needs. Performing administrative tasks associated with service to clients including scheduling, logging, documenting all appointments and services; provide information, notices and regular communications with clients and designee.
  • Responsible for client and employee schedules for branch office.
  • Regular telephone contact or home visits per the client's Service Agreement.
  • Conducts supervisory visits.
  • Monitoring client well-being, recommending resources and solutions as appropriate. Setting up all client appointments.
  • Provides complete and timely documentation to PCSS manager to ensure payroll and billing accuracy.
  • Direct care to clients at times.
  • Accompanying client to provider and health care appointments, arranging transportation per client's service agreement. Providing detailed notes to client support system.
  • Liaison and coordination with family members, designees, and providers.
  • Responsible for enforcing Interim policies and procedures.
  • Fulfilling all tasks in a thorough, timely, and reliable manner.
  • Completes other assignments as requested and assigned.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • One year of related business experience or an equivalent of education and work experience may be considered
  • Experience working in the senior field is a plus
  • Must possess a valid driver's license

  • Evidence of essential leadership, communication, education, and counseling skills.
  • Proficiency in communication technologies (email, cell phone, etc.)
  • Highly organized with ability to keep accurate notes and records.
