As a Branch Supervisor I, you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure that outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external members
- Ensure each employee identifies members' financial needs and suggests appropriate Credit Union solutions
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned branch personnel
Salary Range:
The salary range starts at $60,783.66; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education/Experience:
You must have:
- An Associate's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
- Three years' experience related to financial institutions.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly preferred!

- Strong leadership skills for team and relationship building
- Knowledge of privacy procedures, confidentiality guidelines, lending policies and procedures, and cash handling standards
- Knowledge of Reg. CC, Reg. DD, Reg. J, Reg. D, Reg. E, Reg. B, and Reg. Z
- Knowledge of Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, IRS rules for IRAs and NCUA share insurance rules
- Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment as well as being proficient in a Microsoft Office operation environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including rotating Saturdays.
