Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors
- Responsible for delivering the Best Customer Experience that contributes to the Sales and Profit in your store.
- Work with Sales Center Manager in executing corporate and local strategic programs and sales initiatives.
- Provide superior customer service to our customers and build relationships with customers and associates.
- Keep showroom stocked and orderly.
- Maintaining cleanliness of sales floor and back of house areas
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Knowledge, Skills and Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, therefore, experience working with contractors is desired
- A willingness to learn is a must have
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be team-oriented
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent, with minimum of one-year relevant work experience
