We are experience exponential market growth and are looking for an experienced salesperson to join our team in Boise, Idaho! This job provides for unlimited growth and income. We have an extremely broad range of products and support our team members through every step of the selling process.

Overview:

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall store growth within their market. They have broad oversight and responsibility for all operational and financial performance functions of that location and are responsible, overall, for the annual growth of the market. They are the face, on the ground, of Vermeer Mountain West to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Sales teams to achieve established financial targets for your territory.
  • Offer recommendations to sales leadership based on customer feedback, market indicators, and ongoing market developments.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of your territory, including new customers, potential markets, and market trends.
  • Provide leadership with insights on sales activities within the market, such as new contracts, bids, competitive analysis, etc.
  • Act as the representative of Vermeer Mountain West in local industry boards and events, promoting brand awareness across all aspects of the business.
  • Accompany sales representatives when necessary, assisting in closing deals and cultivating enduring customer relationships.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, actively seeking creative solutions to address challenging situations.
  • Offer insights and recommendations for operational enhancements to Vermeer MW lifecycle leadership, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, market penetration, and dealer profitability.
  • Provide direction to Parts and Service teams in resolving major customer concerns, distinguishing when to escalate through appropriate channels.
  • Advocate for customer service and address issues between departments, escalating items that require handling through different channels.
  • Maintain the overall appearance of the store, creating a positive environment for team members and customers.
  • Provide insights to leadership and HR on the cultural status within your market.
  • Serve as a cultural leader and driver within your market and team, emphasizing the principles of "Be Humble, Stay Hungry, and Always Hustle."
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, demonstrating a continuous commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
  • Efficiently manage time-off requests and staffing requirements for your location.
  • Ensure timely communication with relevant parties, including regional managers and VPs.
  • Provide after-hours services, including late customer pickups and after-hours deliveries, to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Execute all other duties assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Outside Sales Experience (preferred)
