This team member is Liaisons with customer representatives on scheduling issues
Submits and validates daily reports related to inventory / receiving / shipping policies and ensures guidelines are followed
Maintains documentation of crew activities
Administering all required paperwork including the Work Order, scheduling jobs, completion of work orders, maintaining records etc.
Developing and maintaining processes to streamline the Scheduling System
Monitor GPS on fleet and ensure company safety practices are adhered to
Manages vendor relations with third party companies
Work with project management to understand job scope and requirements.
The Branch Dispatcherserves as representative of Thompson Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers.
