Brake Press Operator

Pay: $19-22/hr based on experience
Essential Job Functions:
• Operate press brake machine • Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches, dies, and tooling. • Use a CNC controller to input information into machine. • Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints. • Check height, depth, thickness using micrometers, dial calipers, calipers, gauges. • Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake. • Work with tight tolerances. • Read drawings and blueprints. • Perform spot inspection of parts. • Configure bend allowances for sheet metal (Copper, aluminum, Tin, silver plated ) 
Job Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years machine operation experience
• Must able to work with Vernier calipers and other measuring tools
• Must possess strong basic math skills
