Job Overview:

We are currently seeking Bracelet Bar Zappers to join our team at our pop-up store in Houston, TX. As a Bracelet Bar Zapper, you will work alongside a dynamic and creative group of individuals who make every workday fun and enjoyable. This position offers the unique opportunity to assist with jewelry making and build custom charm designs with customers. This position would be a great job for an amateur crafter, jewelry maker or artist!

We specialize in crafting signature permanent bracelets that capture the essence of elegance and uniqueness, and we are dedicated to delivering exceptional handcrafted pieces to our customers. Training on using the laser welder and measuring chains will be provided but experience attaching chains and/or using jumprings and clasps is needed.

We are looking for friendly and confident individuals who enjoy interacting with customers on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven, and have a positive attitude when completing daily tasks as required. Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Custom measuring chains to ensure precise sizing for each bracelet
• Skillfully welding bracelets closed using our state-of-the-art jeweler's laser welder
• Collaborating with the team to maintain an organized and efficient workspace

Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Fun, energetic, and passionate about jewelry and engaging customers
• Previous experience in jewelry making, crafting, or artistic endeavors
• Familiarity with attaching chains, using jumprings, and clasps
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship
• Enthusiasm for creating beautiful and unique pieces of jewelry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• SCHEDULE: 3 or 6 hour shifts available Fridays-Mondays

Physical Demands:

The Bracelet Bar Zapper role requires the ability to perform the following physical activities:

• Standing and walking throughout the store for extended periods of time
• Reaching, bending, stretching, and the ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds
• Fine motor skills to handle delicate jewelry pieces, perform jewelry adjustments and operate jewelry-making equipment
• Visual acuity for examining jewelry details
• Clear and audible verbal communication
