Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Boxer

Reports To: Director of Supply Chain

Summary: The Shipping and Receiving Boxer is responsible for support the activities related to the Shipping and Receiving Process at AWG.

The following is not meant to be all inclusive of the responsibilities of the role. Leadership can assign tasks not listed within this scope.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Movement of products from manufacturing to inspection.

· Final Inspection of all units before packaging.

· Boxing and strapping on finished goods units.

· Organization of finished goods products on racks.

· Other shipping and receiving duties as determined by the Lead Hand in the area.

This role could include the following tasks:

· Supply Inventory to production when needed.

· Load and unload shipping vehicles.

· Daily logs and maintenance on lift trucks.

· Counting and verifying inbound shipments.

· Housekeeping.

Skill and Abilities:

· Strong attention to detail.

· Forklift Certified or willing to get Forklift Certified.

· Computer Skills.

· Willingness to Cross Train.

· Desire to advance within the company.

Starting Hourly Rate: $16.50-$17.50 depending on experience.

Education/Experience:

· High School Diploma

· Experience working in a Shipping and Receiving Environment either in Manufacturing or distribution.

· Microsoft Excel, and Word

· Experience with QuickBooks, ERP and Lean Manufacturing is desired, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

Work Location: In person
