Box Truck Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable, dependable and experienced Box Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations using a commercial vehicle in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills, and have a strong commitment to customer service.

Duties:

- Safely operate a commercial vehicle, such as a Box Truck, to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and efficient transportation
- Perform pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during deliveries

### Skills:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving commercial vehicles
- Proficient in operating vehicles with automatic transmission
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Excellent navigational skills to plan routes and ensure timely deliveries
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy items(sometimes)
- Outstanding customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping and safe transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $850.00 - $1,500.00 per week
