Bowling Control Desk Attendant

TBK Bank Sports Complex is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Bowling Control Desk Attendant to join our team. As a Bowling Control Desk Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling cash and card transactions, and managing reservations for bowling lanes and events.

Responsibilities:

• Provide positive, professional, and timely guest service
• Use a POS system to sell lanes, bowling shoes, and gift cards
• Handle cash and card transactions for front of house operations
• Answer guest phone calls, provide company information, and answer questions
• Take lane reservations and set lanes up for birthdays, events, and leagues
• Be available and willing to assist in all other facets of our facility at any given time

• Promptly arrive to scheduled shifts and follow attendance policies as outlined in handbook
• Communicate with guests, coworkers, and management effectively and efficiently
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and assist in all areas of the facility
