Job Description
**Please note this job will be doing on-the-job training in Lewes for 30-45 days at least, with continued on-going training at the Lewes location**
We are looking for a Manager to provide excellent Boutique-level customer service and meet sales quotas for the business. Candidates must have strong communication skills with the ability to make customers feel welcome in the store. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about the products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave the store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s overall profitability. While candidates may manage other employees, they will often work alone and must manage their own responsibilities in order to achieve the store objectives. This position is a "working manager" in the store, not off-site or in an office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing)

Working Conditions
Boutique managers usually work normal store hours including weekends. Working nights and holidays may be necessary periodically. They typically spend more than 40 hours per week at work, and their job often involve lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing on their feet for up to 8 hours. They may also have to maneuver around the sales floor and stockrooms, which are often dark and dusty.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
