Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding a diverse team of unionized individuals, each at different stages in their career and educational journey. This role demands a solid background in operations, manufacturing, distribution, and/or supply chain processes, with a proven track record of leading teams through the successful implementation of initiatives and performance enhancements. What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Successful completion of the Gallo Operations/Technical Management Program.
• 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership and mentoring skills.
• Required to work shifts as scheduled.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus 4 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management plus 5 years of manufacturing operations management, or logistics operations management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR MBA or Master’s Degree in Engineering plus 2 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership and mentoring skills.
• 2 years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience. 
• Consumer Package Goods experience.
• Experience working in a Union environment.
• Experience working with Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and establishing sound maintenance procedures to assure equipment reliability.

Compensation

• Hiring Salary Range Posted: $81,000 - $121,600 / year 
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
