This position is for several entities that I own. This and That Food Truck, This and That Catering Truck, Hudson Kitchen and Catering (93 Healy Blvd) and Hudson Sandwich Shop.
I am trying to fill positions in all 4, but primarily I am looking for the 93 Healy Blvd location. It is seasonal (for now, but that will change this year). We are expanding the building in the fall, but do a large amount of food delivery.
I need someone who is strong, be able to do back of and front of house. I need someone who puts forth quality effort and product.
Therre are bonuses for catering jobs as well in addition to the listed compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team in a food production or restaurant setting
- Ensure efficient and smooth operations by overseeing food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor team members on proper food handling, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and profitability
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills:
- Strong background in food production, restaurant, or catering industry
- Proven experience in supervising and managing teams
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food service regulations and safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in shift management and scheduling
- Familiarity with banquet or event planning is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
