Job Summary:
This position is housed on the Centerville Campus and is responsible for providing support services in the area of Library, Bookstore, and Testing Center. This position will perform a variety of audiovisual tasks. The position requires the ability to maintain effective working relationships with others, to interpret and handle routine decisions as related to Library, Bookstore, and Testing Center operations and to follow oral and written instructions in detail with accuracy and efficiency. This person must work effectively with students, staff and faculty.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Post-secondary training or equivalent required, Associate Degree preferred.
- Experience in library, teaching or testing work preferred.
- The ability to interact effectively with people on phone, via email, and in person.
- Computer literacy required.
- Ability to type, maintain and organize files.
- This individual will be expected to work at any ICN facility in Area 15 if needed.
- Must be willing to work occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Must obtain testing proctor certifications.
Work Performed:
- Serve as Testing Center Proctor.
- Coordinate materials for instructional staff.
- Supervise day/evening student assistants. Assist library patrons in locating and utilizing materials and AV equipment.
- Perform data entry for Library materials database.
- Cooperate as a team member with Library and Success Center staff in performing any duty essential to the achievement of efficient operations.
- Assist in all aspects of Bookstore operation. Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance at work.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
