Bookkeeping, Payroll

Responsibilities

Quickbooks bookkeeping- Reconcile to bank, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, GL and Journals. Process periodic payroll, quarterly and annual filings. Related data entry, filing, record-keeping. General office duties, clean up etc.

Pay based on experience.

Skills:
Proficiency with accounts reconciliations, attention to detail and accuracy

- Experience with bookkeeping and payroll
- Experience with journal entries and GL reconciliation
- Excellent data entry skills, including 10-key typing proficiency
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
