Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for a full-time Accounting Manager to join our team in our home office in Camp Hill. This individual will oversee a team of accountants and assist with everyday functions within their expertise. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting. Prior staff management is a plus. Every one of our employees can earn stock in the company simply by working here. Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hybrid and schedule change available upon completion of introduction period.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise several co-owners.
  • Perform monthly reviews of assigned portfolio.
  • Prepare budgets and year end workpapers.
  • Communicate with internal team and property owners/clients.
  • Assist with tax filing and financial statement preparation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage people.
  • Understanding of business machine operations (Microsoft suite).
  • Experience with Yardi and/or affordable housing is a plus!
  • Ability to meet deadlines which may include working additional hours during certain times of the year.
  • Analytical skills necessary to manage tasks and interpret data.
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with co-owners and outside individuals.
