Real Estate Entrepreneur is seeking a part-time BOOKKEEPER / ASSISTANT in the Holland/Zeeland area to work from home approximately 25 hours per week. Hours and days are very flexible.
Duties include scanning mail, entering payments into loan servicing software, generating delinquency letters, preparing monthly reports, sending out documents to be recorded, tracking invoices and due dates, paying bills, general bookkeeping and any other organizational type things you can do to help me.
We'll meet at a coffee shop once or twice a week as needed for less than an hour where I'll hand you a stack of mail and answer questions.
You'll be using Trello, Xero or Quickbooks, Google Drive, Google Sheets and Slack, and you'll need your own computer and a printer/scanner.
My ideal candidate is friendly, resourceful, self-motivated and super-organized. You'll need to be comfortable creating spreadsheets or databases (Airtable) as needed to keep track of projects. You must have previous bookkeeping experience. You will also need to become a Notary Public.
Compensation: You'll be an independent contractor and invoice me weekly.
