We are seeking to hire an experienced BookKeeper/ Administrative Assistant for our medical practice.
A strong background in Quickbooks, Accounting and in the healthcare industry is required.

- Managing payable accounts, reconciling bank statements and generating financial reports.
- The candidate also must ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Credit card reconciliations, Payroll, and cost accounting are included .
The candidate should also possess excellent organizational , communication, and problem-solving skills.
In addition, maturity is a key quality we seek. We value individuals who demonstrate professionalism, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient and financial information with care and discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business /accounting.
- 2-3 years Executive Assistant experience.
- Proficient in QuickBooks online.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
