Job Description: We are looking for someone to help with bookkeeping and purchasing for our business.

Typical Day:

• Bookkeeping
• Bill Pay
• Purchasing
• Account reconciliation
• Payroll

Required:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Confident with computers and IT
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Comfortable with independent work

Preferred:

• Knowledge of CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
