We're on the hunt for a Bookkeeper. No, not just any Bookkeeper - we're scouting for someone eager to learn, with an impeccable eye for detail, and an intrinsic knack for organization. We’re more interested in finding the right person than finding someone with a particular amount of experience.

Bookkeeper+ Responsibilities:

• Maintaining financial records for both ReelDx & Passport Admissions in Quickbooks and Xero, respectively
• Managing accounts payable and receivable – ensuring everyone's smiling.
• Recording financial transactions, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Assisting in financial audits and implementing feedback for process enhancement.
• Communicating with teams from both companies to ensure clarity in financial matters.
• Working 5-10 hours/week year-round – flexibility is our middle name (not legally, but you get the idea).
• 100% remote work
• Splendid learning curve - understand the financial underpinnings of two diverse businesses and grow exponentially.
