Bookkeeper and Property manager

```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the operations and management of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property value.

```Responsibilities:```
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance work
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of income and expenses, including managing budgets and financial reports
- Stay updated on local housing laws and regulations to ensure compliance

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Proficiency in payroll, debits/credits, general ledger accounting, tax regulations, account reconciliation, and financial concepts
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Sage) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
