Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable

Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

• Must have QuickBooks Online proficiently to streamline bookkeeping operations and leverage its functionalities for efficient business reporting.
• Prior experience necessary with Lightspeed Retail POS (R-Series) systems (or related integrated POS / QuickBooks Online systems.)
• Conduct full-cycle A/P, including vendor communications and reconciling with Purchase Order systems.
• Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents.
• Assisting outside Accountant to prepare Financial Reports, Payroll, and Cash Flow forecasts.
