Bookkeeper Accounting Assistant

Job Summary:

Lake Marine & RV Inc is one of the fastest growing Marine & RV sales and service entities in McHenry County. We have enjoyed average annual growths of over 200% in revenue and size of operation.

We occupy a 61,200 sf location located on 7 acres in the old Harley Davidson building in Woodstock, IL.

We are currently seeking an experienced bookkeeper with 2 or more years experience with Quickbooks, and basis accounting or bookkeeping experience. This position will also assist in titling new and used boats, and RV's, we will train within on the title portion.

Listed below are the specific responsibilities the RV technician will ultimately possess.

Responsibilities

• Input daily accounts receivables and payable information into Quickbooks
• Entering assets into Quickbooks to maintain accurate P & L and Balance sheets
• Facilitate payments to and from vendors in regards to accounts payable and receivables
• Maintain filing reports in regards to financial data on company
• Assist with title processing of new and used boats and RV's

Qualifications

• A good working knowledge of Quickbooks and basic bookkeeping skills
• Clean criminal background
• A strong attention to detail and great work ethic
• The ability to work independently from others and in a team environment
