Urgent need for a Publishing Project Assistant in our very busy Fox Chapel, Pittsburgh book publisher office.
This entry-level position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for publishing, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. The assistant would directly support a project manager by performing tasks such as assisting with reviewing proofs and author materials; communicating with authors by phone and email; preparing materials to be mailed; ensuring that projects are moving on schedule.

Office and phone experience strongly preferred.

- $14.25 per hour, plus opportunity for monthly performance-based bonuses
- Must be able to work on-site at our office.
