Plasman Greer Manufacturing 1000 Robinson Road Greer SC 29651 is immediately seeking a new member to join our team as:

Bonding Operator

A Bonding Operator runs the respective equipment and observes proper utilization of machinery. Ensures completion of procedures and is also responsible for inspecting each part produced by the machine. Testing various parts and checking if items produced pass quality control test. Other duties include proper documentation of machine downtime and general housekeeping (5-S standards)

Shifts Available:

• SECOND SHIFT 3PM - 11:30PM
• THIRD SHIFT 11PM - 7:30AM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Following operating instructions to ensure product quality
• Assist in inspection on initial workpiece and final workpiece
• Report product abnormalities to superiors in timely manner
• Abide by safety regulations for production
• Fill out relevant forms during production;
• Conduct on-site arrangement and maintenance based on 5S management standards
• Other duties as assigned
• Must be able to lift up to 45lbs with or without manual or mechanical assistance
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to see details up close or with assistance
• Ability to perform physical activities of the job (climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma/GED
• 1year previous manufacturing experience, preferably automotive
• Sense of professional dedication and awareness of responsibility
• Positive attitude with the ability to work in team
• Awareness for continuous improvement and development through training
