Bolt Forming Machine Operator!
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in the Berne, IN area, is seeking press operators join their team! This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!
Bolt Forming Machine OperatorJob Summary:
- Pay: $19.75 an hour
- Shifts Available:
- 2nd and 3rd shift
- Setup and operates single and /or multiple cold heading machines to produce quality products of any complexity
- Plan and perform close tolerance setups with little or no assistance
- Use scales, micrometers, dial indicators and fixed gages to check and gage work
- Start machine, observes operation, and inspects first run and sample work piece to ensure machining conforms to specifications
- Work with engineering and/or maintenance to resolve specific machine, tooling, setup problems that may arise
Press Operator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Previous production operator or Machine Operator experience is must!
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up-to 40 lbs. repeatedly
- Previous manufacturing experience is a must
