Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Bojangles restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including but not limited to staffing, training, inventory management, food safety, customer service, and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of employees, including shift leaders and crew members
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding food safety and sanitation
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales and expenses, and make adjustments as necessary to meet or exceed targets
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
Pay: Starting at $55000 per year
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a management role in the restaurant or food service industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
