Job Responsibility
- Maintains, operates, inspects and repairs building and utilities equipment including high pressure boilers, building management systems, medical gas systems and related equipment as directed by departmental management.
- Ensures the proper operation and maintenance of equipment/systems.
- Ensures all areas of the Energy Center are kept clean and orderly.
- Reports condition status of the Energy Center and related equipment.
- Performs preventative and general maintenance and repairs.
- Monitors, and recommends materials for common shop supplies.
- Collaborates with other trades to increase efficiency and avoid duplication of effort.
- Ensures a safe, comfortable and appropriate environment of care by ensuring utilities, medical gases and other services are available.

Job Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
Schedule: Monday & Tuesday 11pm to 7am; Friday, Saturday & Sunday 3pm to 11pm
