Neil Huffman Auto Group is actively seeking a skilled Automotive Body Shop Estimator to join
our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing damages, preparing accurate
repair estimates, and providing excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damages and identify necessary repairs.
- Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry-standard software and guidelines.
- Collaborate with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers regarding the repair process, updates, and any additional findings during the repair.
- Coordinate with parts and repair technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion
- Uphold high standards of quality and customer service throughout the repair process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Body Shop Estimator or in a related role.
- Proficiency in estimating software and familiarity with industry-standard tools and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess damages and prepare comprehensive repair estimates.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in automotive estimating or related fields.
- Experience working with various insurance companies and understanding of claims processes.
