Job Summary:

The Body Shop Administrator acts as the liaison between the Collision Center and its’ customers. The position includes scheduling appointments while also supporting other department activities such as data entry, filing, handling of loaner cars, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answers incoming calls and internet leads;
• Greets and assists walk-in customers;
• Advises appropriate services needed for clients car;
• Maintains detailed notes on customer interactions;
• Schedules vehicle service appointments for customers;
• Assists Collision Client Advisors / Estimators as needed with tasks;
• Creates, edits, and sends necessary documents, reports, authorization forms, etc.;
• Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties.
