As a Body Sculpting Expert at Evolve Med Spa, you will be at the forefront of aesthetic enhancement, employing the latest in non-invasive Body Sculpting technologies to shape and refine the physical appearance of our clients. You will work closely with various departments to drive the growth of our Body Sculpting services, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to the highest standards of safety and ethics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Consultation: Actively convert leads into clients by conducting in-person and in-clinic consultations, communicating the benefits and processes involved in Body Sculpting, and providing follow-up to consultations and treatments.
- Client Services: Conduct Body Sculpting treatments, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional service and care.
- Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with other departments, including Marketing, Clinical, Client Experience and Field Operations teams, to enhance the service offering and client experience. Participate in cross-functional initiatives to promote service awareness and engagement.
- Education and Training: Serve as a subject matter expert in Body Sculpting, providing insights, training, and support to both clients and staff. Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Event and Promotion Participation: Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute promotional events and activities, driving awareness and business growth.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all treatments and interactions comply with relevant privacy laws, ethical standards, and clinic policies.
Competencies:
- Expertise in Body Sculpting Technologies: Profound knowledge of Body Sculpting techniques and technologies, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Must have Experience with Cool Sculpting/Emsculpt Neo
- Client-Centric Approach: Strong focus on delivering exceptional client service, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to consultatively sell services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate and inform clients and team members effectively.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships.
- Ethical and Professional Standards: High level of integrity, adhering to ethical practices, privacy laws, and professional standards.

- Schedule: Clinics are open Monday- Friday 10-6pm/10-8 pm and 9-2 pm Saturdays. Must be Flexible with schedule, hours and locations.
- Location-Travel to our New Jersey Clinics include: Hoboken, Jersey City, Montclair, Ridgewood, Short Hills, Denville, Montvale and more. Commitments in each clinic as well as special Events.
