Boba Street Cafe is a dynamic local spot for Bubble Tea, bubble waffles, and desserts. Currently, we're seeking a dynamic and friendly professional to join our vibrant team.

Job Role:
The primary focus of this role involves creating outstanding Bubble Tea, crafting delicious waffles and desserts, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and team training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft delectable Bubble Tea in line with Boba Street Cafe standards in a efficient and safe setting.
- Adhere to the prescribed tea-making process as per training.
- Ensure proper rotation and utilization of stock according to set standards.
- Collaborate to maintain the store and kitchen at its best.
- Serve customers efficiently, politely, and promptly in an engaging manner.
- Communicate confidently about Bubble Tea.
- Uphold Bubble Tea quality through regular tasting.
- Maintain drink equipment and machinery to Boba Street Cafe standards.
- Maintain a clean environment by viewing the counter from the customers' perspective and cleaning as you go.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food safety standards, in line with the law and Boba Street Cafe policies.
- Ensure an ample stock of Bubble Tea ingredients, packaging, and utensils.
Basic Qualifications:
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Adherence to store operating policies and standards, covering quality beverages, exceptional customer service, cash handling, and store safety and security.
- Engage effectively with customers, understanding their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare beverages following recipes.
- Ability to perform various tasks within the store during each shift.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Quick learner.
- Ability to comprehend and execute oral and written instructions.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the food/beverage and retail environment.
- Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
- Relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lift 30+lbs.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.00 - $14.00/hour.
