Boba Barista

Job Description

Cafe Darq is looking for a Barista to prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, coffee and tea. Barista duties include preparing fresh coffee and tea, making specialty drinks, and serving customers' requests. To be successful in this role, you should be able to work independently and be quick to learn new skills. You should be a good team player and have a positive attitude. Ultimately, you will ensure that our services are top-quality and that our customers have a great experience.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work weekends (pls do not apply if you can not)

Must be able to work evening shifts (pls do not apply if you can not)

Must be able to work a minimum of 2 days (pls do not apply if you can not)

Must available during the summer months (pls do not apply if you can not)

Previous work experience as a Barista is preferred but not required

We will train you! + paid training

Must be able to work independently with little supervision

Must be able to deliver excellent service while maintaining customer satisfaction

Must be able to read and follow instructions

Must be 18 years and older

Must be able to maintain a clean work environment

Must be able to provide exceptional customer service

Ability to communicate effectively with the public, other Baristas and customers.

Ability to operate a computer in a businesslike manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 40 per week
