We are currently seeking a highly skilled craftsman with expertise in carpentry and a genuine passion for boats to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to become a valued team member of one of the premier Boat Decking companies. Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a keen eye for making a flawless template of the floorings.
• Utilize carpentry skills to contribute to the installation of Boat Deckings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful execution of Boat Decking projects.
• Be able to use power and hand tools correctly and safely.
• Adhere to flooring and company guidelines in all aspects of Boat Decking procedures.
• Contribute to the overall quality and reputation of our Boat Decking services.
• Must be able to travel.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a craftsman with a focus on carpentry.
• Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working with boats.
• Proficiency in Boat Decking installation and maintenance techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to work in warm conditions.

Experience:

• Previous experience in carpentry, particularly in Boat Decking, is highly desirable, but not needed. We will offer paid training.
• Relevant certifications or vocational training in carpentry or related fields is a bonus.
