BCBA's provide one-to-one support to the client and behaviorist in a school, group home, and/or home setting. The supervisor is responsible for developing behavioral strategies to best meet the needs of each client. The supervisor will teach and mentor their team of behaviorists by using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

The supervisor is responsible for the training, management, and mentoring of the behaviorists on their team. In addition, they are the primary contact for the office, school, group home, and parents.
