Job Description
Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This position is based on a full-time schedule of 25 hours per week and will start on January 8th, with an end date set for June 2024. Part-time positions are also available for qualified candidates. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors and develop appropriate behavior intervention plans
- Provide training and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
- Analyze data collected by RBTs to measure progress and modify intervention strategies as needed
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Previous experience as a BCBA, preferably in a school or clinical setting
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and methodologies
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
