*Arnold Center provides supervision to individuals who are not fully licensed*
Duties:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in the individual's care.
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Not required for a QBHP or BCaBA
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, patient care, and patient assessment.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and techniques.
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Knowledge of special education laws and practices.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
