Board Certified Behavior Analyst -Bcba

We are searching for a creative and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team providing ABA services to children and young adults with developmental disabilities in our clinic. This position has the flexibility for full-time or part-time opportunities.

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification with licensure to practice in Rhode Island (LBA)
• Strong ability to communicate with our team members and families we serve
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Must have 1-3 years of relevant experience working in programs for children with developmental disabilities. Experience with precision teaching highly desired!
• Ability to work day time and early evening hours as needed
• Attend monthly team meetings
• Reliable, insured transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks

Responsibilities:

• Completing practical functional assessments and skill assessments as appropriate for the client based upon family values and goals
• Developing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
• Analyzing data on the SCC and modifying programs as needed
• Conducting parent and staff training
• Conducting behavior technician supervision
• Running a direct session with clients
• Developing discharge summaries
• Making a positive impact in the lives of learners, families, and our team!
