We are seeking BCBAs to provide in person ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities, in the home, school, or community settings.
Essential Job Duties
- Provide supervision and program management for Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Provide parent training using Applied Behavior Analysis interventions.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other Team Members to ensure program consistency across disciplines.
- Maintain professional and ethical behavior at all times.
Education/Knowledge/Skills
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Able to manage staff, work with families, provide parent training and supervise programs.
- Able to collect data for purposes of program evaluation and program management.
- Able to write treatment goals and develop effective programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities.
- Able to implement interventions in a variety of settings (home, school and community).
- Excellent oral and written communications.
- Able to work independently.
