Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Maxim Healthcare Staffing
Introduction:
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our dedicated team for the upcoming 2023 - 2024 School Year . In this role, you will provide supervisory oversight, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans, and train caregivers and school staff. Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior and educational assessments to identify challenging behaviors and target pivotal behaviors.
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based behavioral strategies.
- Train families, caregivers, and school staff in implementing effective techniques across all environments.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians to ensure treatment integrity and professional growth.
- Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly.
- Utilize non-aversive behavior change methods to identify behavior goals and intervention techniques.
- Prepare written behavior interventions, strategies, and support plans.
- Provide training to behavior technician staff.
- Complete reports and necessary paperwork within established time frames.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervised by a BCBA, certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Preferred experience in providing behavior analytic programs in homes or schools.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong commitment to excellence in applied behavior analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with supervisors, co-workers, and clients.
- Proficiency in the English language may be required.
